ResDiary – Table Bookings T&Cs

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the table booking services provided by High Spirits Leisure Group Ltd. through ResDiary. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your booking.

2. Booking Process

• Reservations can be made through our website or directly via the ResDiary platform.
• You must provide accurate information when making your reservation, including your name, contact details and any special requests.
• For all bookings, a valid credit or debit card details are required to secure the reservation. Card details will be held securely and no payment will be taken at the time of booking.
• In the event of a no-show or failure to cancel the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy, a charge of £10 per person will be applied to the card provided.
• By making a reservation, you agree to these terms and authorise us to process any applicable charges in accordance with this policy.

3. Confirmation of Reservation

• Upon successfully making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing the details of your booking.
• If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us to verify your booking.

4. Deposits

• For certain reservations, including Christmas bookings and larger parties, a deposit will be required.
• £10pp must be paid a minimum of 48 hours prior to the booking for Christmas reservations.
• Deposits are non-transferable and, in some cases, non-refundable (see cancellation policy below).

5. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your reservation at any time. Cancellations must be made direct by following the cancellation link contained within your original booking confirmation email.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation will incur a cancellation fee of £10 per person or the deposit being retained.
• Christmas Bookings: Once pre-orders have been submitted, any cancellation, reduction in party size, or no-show will result in the deposit being non-refundable. Menu choices and full balance of payment is required 1 week prior to your booking.

6. Data Protection

• Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We use ResDiary as our booking system, which adheres to applicable data protection laws.
• By making a reservation, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

• High Spirits Leisure Group Ltd. is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the booking process or the provision of services.
• We will not be responsible for any loss or damage that arises from your attendance at our venues.

8. Changes to These Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
• Changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of our booking services signifies acceptance of those changes.
